It was definitely 5 stars for me: staff and location were great. There were comfortable beds and a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and climate control inside the room. Loved this really good stay at GRT Grand Chennai hotel.

We were there for 1 day, everything was modern, liked its ideal location just off the market area, the shopping street and t nagar shopping places. Plus there was a lake, within 10 minutes walk or so.

Great value for money, super nice area. Breakfast was freshly prepared, especially yoghourt, fruit, eggs and muffins, the best I've ever had. I got the queen room, it was well-stocked and carpeted. Super friendly staff, they were happy to help.

The check-in was efficient, we liked salad bar. The absolutely delightful staff was the best thing, was quick to help. Extremely comfy bed in guest room with balcony, terrace and television. The American breakfast was savoury, there were eggs, fruit, yoghourt and muffins🙂

Room was stylish, abundant breakfast, and location was perfect! The stuff where wonderful and tried to make my stay unforgettable. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Late check-out too. Walking distance to the markets and shopping centre across the street.

It was really nice time in Chennai. There was lots of yummy options for continental breakfast. The grand room I got was fabulous. Good lobby. There was an exceptional restaurant, the markets and shopping centres next door.
